Building on our Advent series, we are delighted to present a series of short recitals for the season of Lent, featuring motets, hymns and plainchant recorded at the historic church of St Bartholomew the Great in London.
A new episode will air every Sunday during Lent, with a total of eight performances. Ticket holders will be able to watch the series on-demand until 14 April 2021. #LentSessions
AWAKEN Festival: A York Tapestry

We will be performing as part of the NCEM’s online Awaken festival, presenting a musical tapestry inspired by the great city of York and celebrating cross-currents in an era of collaboration and discovery.
Music for Holy Week at Kings Place

Passion and Polyphony: a luminous sequence of some of the finest vocal consort works from renaissance and contemporary composers. Taking inspiration from the darkness and shadows of Holy Week’s Tenebrae services, the programme explores atmospheric liturgical music through different lenses. Works from the Golden Age of polyphony by Tallis, Gesualdo and Victoria are juxtaposed with contemporary music by Judith Bingham and a new commission from Joanna Ward.
English Motets at St Martin’s

We are pleased to be making our concert debut at St Martin-in-the-Fields with an English Motets programme inspired by Easter. Featured composers include Orlando Gibbons, William Byrd, Thomas Weelkes and Robert White.
By the Waters of Babylon at the Roman Baths

Making our Bath debut, we will be performing in the amazing setting of the ancient Roman Baths, singing music inspired by flowing waters including settings by Palestrina, Gesualdo, Cardoso, Bednall and Willbye.

We are delighted to be returning to Scotland to sing music inspired by the wonderful art collection and beautiful location of Perth Museum and Art Gallery.
Josquin at National Centre for Early Music

We were delighted to be leading the Early Music Day 2021 celebrations at the National Centre for Early Music by debuting our new programme of music of Josquin’s Legacy.
One of our first concerts recorded in-house using our new equipment, our first streamed concert on the VIALMA platform included some festive treats and a few of our favourite works from Christmas.
Thanks to our friends at CantaBo 2020, despite being unable to perform live in Bologna in November we are now delighted to be able to offer our final online concert of the year: A recital of English Motets. Filmed in South London in November, this concert will be available for free online from Boxing Day until the 12th of January.
We were delighted to return to St John’s Smith Square to give two concerts as part of their 35th Christmas Festival. Our programme featured some of our favourite Advent and Christmas repertoire including works from our Christmas CD, alongside some delightful new festive discoveries.
All six concerts from our LONDON SOUND GALLERY festival are available to stream on-demand.
Featuring collaborations between The Gesualdo Six and five fantastic artists, London Sound Gallery was filmed in 4K video over two days in a beautiful church in London.
Ticket holders are able to watch on-demand until 1 January 2021.
We recently premiered our Advent Sessions. Exploring a seasonal journey from darkness to light, these four short recitals feature a mix of ancient and modern musical reflections. The videos were released on each of the Sundays in Advent, with access to the entire series just £10. You can also now gift a ticket to the series, making these short recitals the perfect present for the music-lovers in your life. Ticket holders will be able to watch on-demand from the premiere date until 6 January 2021.
We are delighted to be partnering with Ryedale Festival, Echo Vocal Ensemble and The Swan Consort to produce the ‘12 Days of Christmas’.
Filmed in the splendour of Castle Howard in North Yorkshire, 12 Days of Christmas delivers a seasonal musical offering to the recipient’s email inbox every day from 25th December to 6th January.
